Find your inner calm, feel more balanced inside and out. Join me every Monday in April @11am, for 45 minute practices to improve your balance. Classes are accessible and gentle enough for most – modifications are offered to help with sore knees, hips, and shoulders. All classes are virtual, held via zoom.
Easy sign-up in my virtual studio, and live class links will be sent to you. Can’t make it live!? No worries – you can catch the replays. Recordings will be available to all participants for one-year. Free for my virtual members. All ages & levels welcome.
