Ayurvedic Spring Cleanse

Day 1-2: Preparatory phase
Day 3-5: Cleansing phase (kitchari mono-diet) with additional daily habits
Day 4-7: Re-kindle phase
This package includes all the instructions needed for the cleanse, all the materials (kitchari supplies, any herbs & oils), as well as a private group for moral support and information along the week.
