Heather Beier

Heather Beier is a facilitator, teacher, and founder of Muddy Waters yoga studio and School in Winona, MN. She leads teacher training and retreats around the world with a focus on the application of yoga philosophy.

Monica Delius

Monica of Monica D Yoga is passionate about creating a yoga practice for her clients, of any age and ability, that is accessible and fun. She loves supporting them to become more comfortable and confident in their bodies as they practice yoga and is a strong proponent of chair yoga. Monica lives in the twin cities area with her family.

Paula Keck

Paula’s teaching style over the past 20+ years has evolved into a blend of the subtle therapeutic practice of SomaYoga with a strong Vinyasa flow. She loves introducing beginners of all ages and abilities to yoga and its benefits. She is also a certified sound bath practitioner, using the tools of sound/vibration to create a deeper experience in both yoga classes and full sound bath experiences.

Mary McCallum

Mary McCallum is a Curvy Yoga, Accessible Yoga, and Yoga for All certified yoga instructor who is passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone. Mary loves teaching how yoga can work for you and dispelling common yoga myths. Her goal is to create a fun, inclusive, supportive, and non-intimidating environment for all ages, sizes, and abilities.

Dr. Jillian Simpson

Dr. Jillian Simpson is a feminist psychologist, coach, yoga teacher, and professional troublemaker. She earned a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota and possesses over 20 years of clinical mental health experience helping a different range of humans rise above all manner of trauma, tragedy, and suffering. Her superpower is seeing human potential and she is passionate about co-creating spaces of belonging where humans feel safe to show up real. She is the founder of Velveteen Alchemy, a feminist psychology yoga coaching practice aimed at wholeness embodiment, internalized oppression eradication, and support reclaiming our wild.

Kamie Slegers

Kamie Slegers is recognized throughout Minnesota as an accomplished advanced practitioner and wellness educator. She has taught yoga since 1996 and practiced Ayurvedic medicine since 2010, continuing her education as an Ayurvedic practitioner, yoga therapist, Maram therapist, craniosacral therapist, and lifestyle coach. Kamie is currently studying for her master’s of herbalism while managing the clinic at NE Wellness in Minneapolis.

Nicole Warner

Nicole Warner, C-IAYT, 500 E-RYT is a certified SomaYoga therapist currently teaching in Alexandria, MN. She has been teaching yoga for 20+ years and is a dancer and choreographer as well. She is a proponent of plant based cooking and is a certified Forks Over Knives” cook. She loves to garden and stand up paddle board with her husband and son.

Danielle Venticinque

Danielle Venticinque is a health and wellness guru, author, and momprenuer|CEO. Amid the 2020 pandemic, she founded Thrive Betterments personal growth jewelry and products. Her jewelry line was designed to empower women to establish 6 daily habits of prosperity and wellness focusing on a positive mindset and goal attainment. Danielle thrives in Saint Paul, MN.

Zara Zanussi

Zara Zanussi is a consultant for nonprofits by day and a musician, yogi, and adventure-seeker out of work hours. She has been practicing yoga since she was a child and has more seriously dedicated herself to her practice since 2015. She currently guest teaches at Greenway Yoga and plans to start teaching donation-based classes outside! She received her 200 HR YTT last summer in Ometepe, Nicaragua through School of Yoga Institute.
