Hot and bothered? Excess Pitta Dosha, or fire element, often rears its roaring head at the height of summer as the heat continues to build. When you see signs of irritability, anger, intolerance, digestive pains/acidity, inflammation, sleeplessness and skin breakouts, we are ready for calming, cooling and dispersing this intense energy! However, deficient Pitta shows up as weak agni (digestive or mental fire), lack of self-esteem, excessive fatigue, and lack of spark. This practice will help relieve imbalanced signs of Pitta to help your radiant qualities of warmth, self-confidence, entrepreneurial spirit, mental sharpness, and compassion shine through.
