Summer Restorative Workshop

$25Let’s Chillax! Summer’s here, and with all that heat rising, take time to cool down with a special summer restorative practice. Using props such as yoga blocks, blankets, bolsters and straps, ease your body into unique yoga asanas and shapes to open, ventilate, and calm the mind and revive your parasympathetic nervous system.
