The female pelvic floor is a topic that greatly affects women’s health and well-being, yet we rarely speak about what is going on “Down There”!
Join us for this series where we discuss the anatomy of the pelvic floor and the “inner core” muscles, learn exercises to release, stabilize, and then strengthen this vital center. We believe we can improve the functioning of the pelvic floor as we age; now that’s aging gracefully! Join us for one of the simplest, yet effective insurance policies for your health.
