Does your low back need some love? You use your back every day. It lifts, bends, twists, and carries. It supports you as you sit at your desk or as you stand to prepare a meal. With all that it does every day, it can be a source of pain for many of us. However, when you learn to use and treat your back better, you’re better able to avoid pain and injury.
Join us for Low Back 101:
– An exploration of low back anatomy and movements
– A rolling sequence to identify “body blind spots” and help you treat your back better
– A targeted yoga movement practice to get your low back moving and stretching safely
No prior yoga experience is required. Please dress in movement-friendly clothing, and bring a yoga mat and water.
