Hands-On Support: Workshop for Yoga Teachers

$30Join Shelley + Tracy in this workshop for yoga teachers at Yoga Sanctuary, where we will give and receive hands-on support in a trauma-informed context. You will further develop your observation skills; receive feedback on your touch; enhance your skill in linking clear verbal cues with adjustments; and build confidence as you learn to better help your students find joy and ease amidst the challenge of their practice.
