Courtyard Yoga focuses on deepening the connection of your body, mind, and breath. In this Vinyasa style class we will move mindfully to promote the physical benefits of yoga including increased flexibility, strength, balance, and respiration while making peace with stillness. Class is held on the Lawn Bowling court at Braemar Golf Course in Edina, an ideal setting for outdoor yoga with its level surface and excellent drainage.
