This short workshop is a full practice with gentle movement to unwind the spine, purifying and balancing breathing exercises, pranayama (breath retentions), meditation and finally a lovely guided rest in Savasana. Come and learn how managing the breath and mind can help you feel more energized and focused with a calm and serene attitude.
