1st Friday Healing

$20Join us the first Friday of each month for a healing experience in community. Each month we will offer a unique healing experience for you, your family and your friends.
Each of us, no matter who we are, carry burdens. We invite you to rest with us, in sacred space for these special evening gatherings.
These workshops will use props to fully support the body in resting poses and create a nurturing environment for the nervous system to reset. Take time for wonderful nourishment and relaxation.
