Mudras make Yoga accessible! Mudra are an integral part of Yoga. It is a very simple and efficient practice to seal vital pranic energies in the human body for health, well-being and spiritual evolution. Along with Asanas, Hand Mudras are practiced with Pranayama, Meditation and Kriyas to gather the mind, prana and emotions and attain the state of Yoga.
