On the winter solstice, we celebrate the longest night of the year and turn our attention inward as we set our intentions for the next year.
In this class you will be guided through a calming restorative yoga sequence where poses are completely supported by props to promote rest and total relaxation. Our practice will conclude with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation intended to reduce anxiety and release stress. Take a break from the busyness of the holiday season and join us for an evening of self care and reflection.
