Upper Body Strength Practice

Find great success in inversions and hand balances by building your upper body strength! This 75 minute yoga class is designed to help you build progressive strength in the hands & wrists, shoulders and core.

Developing your upper body strength can help your practice in unexpected ways. We’ll explore all the options so that you can take any challenges at your own pace. Practice finishes with guided relaxation and meditation.

Level: Mixed levels. Poses will be taught with a variety of options for your experience and energy level.
