Oooh this is going to be good! Come rest and reset. Each week will have a different theme all focused on different ways we can use REST as a way to RADIATE. Practice includes basic “apana kriyas,” or prana-organizing tools like joint exercises and warm-up movements to help shake out all that monkey-mind from our heads and bodies. Then lay down and get cozy. It’s time to rest! Tanya will lead you through a different Yoga Nidra and/or Restorative Yoga practice.
Classes are ALL LEVELS. Have a journal & pen ready.
