This 2 hour workshop blends the practice of SomaYoga and Ayurvedic self-care practices to nourish your Soma – mind, body and spirit. You’ll learn tools and practices to keep you warm and grounded all Winter long!
The focus is on Vata season, and how to pacify (reduce) the effects of the season’s elements – air and ether. We work to balance opposites in this workshop, adding more heating and grounding elements to your practice toolkit.
Prepare your practice space with cozy props (extra blankets!) for a comfortable seat. Grab a notebook for note taking, and favorite oil or lotion for practice.
