In this workshop, participants will explore the nervous system in a creative and embodied way. Learning the parts of the nervous system can empower you to notice your personal patterns and to self-regulate. You will learn and practice: • The Nervous system Spectrum and the Vegas Nerve • Orienting practices • Self-regulation and Co-regulation • Restorative setup and support.
This workshop is open to all students and teachers alike.
** Bring a journal, some old magazines, scissors, markers, your favorite pillow/ blanket, or something that soothes you when you hold it.
