Shine bright! Join Tanya in a wonderful, glowing experience rooted in the Hatha, Tantra and Ayurvedic yoga traditions.
Begin with intention, learn how to prepare (adhikara) and warm-up in a mindful way using special breathing, shoulder opening, back strengthening, and more. A variety of backbends will be taught – variations will be encouraged to make the workshop more accessible – then cool down with a series of counterposes (pratikriya), a long savasana, and a paired pranayama and heart opening meditation practice.
